Founded by Luther E. Fish in 1956, Fish Real Estate began its journey by facilitating the buying and selling of properties in Northcentral Pennsylvania. Over sixty-five years, our agency has evolved and expanded, now boasting teams in Williamsport, Lock Haven, and Eagles Mare. Our commitment to fulfilling the desires and necessities of our clients has only deepened, driving us to introduce a plethora of services including the Fish Commercial Group for exclusive commercial dealings and More Than A Mortgage for premier mortgage solutions.
By 1979, our affiliation with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate marked the beginning of a series of strategic partnerships that would enhance our reach and services, later including our integration into the GMAC Real Estate network in 2000 and our prestigious association with the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World in 2010. This network spans globally, emphasizing our presence in our 70 countries with more than 150,000 sales associates. These affiliations have contributed significantly to our position as the leading real estate provider in our community.
The mid-80s saw the establishment of Fish Commercial Group, which specializes in commercial, industrial, and investment sales and leasing. In 2006, we diversified further with Fish Outdoor Properties, targeting the recreational property market with innovative marketing strategies.
Recognizing the evolving needs of our clientele, we introduced More Than A Mortgage in 2018 to offer enhanced mortgage services, and in 2022, we expanded our portfolio with Robin Vocation Rentals, focusing on family vacation rentals in Eagles Mere, PA, and surrounding communities. This addition aimed at providing exceptional online experiences for vacation planning.
Our comprehensive services extend to supporting families relocating to our service areas through our Family Relocation Center, offering unparalleled access to the best relocation networks, along with specialized services to ease the transition process.
